FlipFolio is a web-based service that allows users to convert PDF documents into interactive flipbook experiences that can be shared via unique URLs.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of FlipFolio, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Contains malware or malicious code
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to FlipFolio. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
6. Free and Paid Services
FlipFolio offers both free and paid tiers. Free accounts may have limitations on file size, number of pages, or number of flipbooks. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
FlipFolio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
