Will recipients know I’m tracking?
Application links show a footer saying the sender may see when the link is opened. FlipFolio measures visible engagement and page changes, filters known preview bots, and does not store raw viewer IP addresses in engagement records. The company label identifies the link you sent, not the individual who opened it.
Can I update my portfolio without changing the link?
Yes. Paid plans let you replace your PDF while keeping your general link, all application links and printed QR codes. Analytics remain tied to the PDF version, and you can re-check project page ranges after an update.
What happens when my pass ends?
Your portfolios and existing links stay live, and FlipFolio branding returns. Detailed engagement, alerts and paid editing features pause. Your analytics history is kept and becomes available again when you renew.

FlipFolio supports PDF uploads. Free allows up to 20 pages and 50 MB per PDF. Career Pass allows up to 80 pages; Pro and Business Pass allow up to 150 pages. Paid plans allow files up to 2 GB. Processing time depends on the file size and number of pages.
Do viewers need to create an account?
