- Account Information: Email address and name when you sign in with Google.
- Content: PDF files you upload and the flipbooks generated from them.
- Usage Data: Basic analytics about how you use the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the FlipFolio service
- Store and display your flipbooks
- Send important service updates
- Improve our product and user experience
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Your uploaded PDFs are converted to images and stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Sharing Your Flipbooks
When you publish a flipbook, it becomes accessible via a unique public URL. Anyone with the link can view your flipbook. You are responsible for sharing links only with intended recipients.
Portfolio view tracking and alerts
Application links let the sender see first and return visits, device type, pages reached and visible reading time, and receive email alerts. A company label is supplied by the sender; it does not prove the identity of the person opening a link. We use anonymous session identifiers, exclude known automated previews and signed-in owner views, stop reading timers while a tab is hidden, and cap time at five minutes per page. We do not store raw viewer IP addresses.
Application engagement is private to the sender. Replacing a PDF keeps versioned analytics while old images are removed after seven days. Creators can disable application alerts in Settings or unsubscribe from any alert email. Transactional emails are processed by our email provider. You can request deletion through the contact address below.
5. Your Rights
You can:
- Access your account and flipbooks at any time
- Delete your flipbooks from your dashboard
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
